Loupe and Blade is a small SEO and AEO consultancy run by Mike Cahill in Westport, Connecticut. Mike personally reviews every intake submission and is the contact for any privacy question. This statement explains what data we collect and how we use it.

What we collect
- Information you submit through the audit intake form (name, email, role, company, website, the five intake answers, optional buying-intent examples)
- Standard web analytics on this site (which pages you visited, how you got here)
- Email engagement data when you open or click emails we send

What we do with it
- Build your free LLM visibility audit and deliver it to the email address you provided
- Send follow-up emails about the audit (delivery, calendar invite, reminders) per the sequence described in the intake confirmation email
- Improve our methodology by tracking what's working in the funnel

What we don't do
- We don't sell your data. To anyone.
- We don't share your inputs with third parties except as strictly necessary to deliver the audit (e.g., our email tool stores your address so we can send the report)
- We don't use your data to train AI models, ours or anyone else's

Third-party services
We use the following tools to deliver the audit: Typeform (intake form), Google Calendar (scheduling), [insert your email tool — HubSpot, Klaviyo, or Gmail] (email sending), Google Analytics (page analytics). Each handles your data under their own privacy terms, linked from their websites.

Retention and deletion
Intake submissions are retained while we're working on your audit and for 18 months after delivery for follow-up purposes. After that, we anonymize or delete unless you've become a paid client (in which case we retain per the engagement contract). You can request deletion at any time by emailing michael@loupeandblade.com.
